Spring has arrived and our 3-year-olds have learnt lots of things. They painted the sun, some big and little clouds, some big and little raindrops and the rainbow with its seven colours (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and purple). They know how to say: "It's sunny!", "It's rainy!", It's windy!" and "It's cloudy!". Besides, they listened to some stories about the rainbow and learnt a new song about the colours of the rainbow.

Next Thursday, February 14th, we are going to celebrate St. Valentine's Day. It's a day for LOVE and FRIENDSHIP. Friends can swap little presents, chocolates, flowers or cards. HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!
El jueves que viene, 14 de febrero, vamos a celebrar el día de San Valentín. Es un día para el amor y la amistad. Los amigos pueden intercambiarse pequeños regalos, chocolates, flores o tarjetas. ¡FELIZ DÍA DE SAN VALENTÍN!
OUR 3-YEAR-OLDS VISITED THE BOOK FAIR

Our 3-year-olds visited the Book Fair. They met John Edwards who showed them a very nice book. The students talked to John, counted with him and met some animals from the jungle. It was the first time that our youngest students talked to a person from an English-speaking country, and that was a wonderful experience!

Our 5-year-old children celebrated Carnival last 5th of February. They were dressed up as The Beatles!!!
Nuestros alumnos de Infantil 05 celebraron Carnaval el pasado 5 de Febrero. Iban vestidos de Los Beatles.
PANCAKE DAY

We are going to celebrate Pancake Day with our 5-year-old children. Pancake Day is celebrated in England each Shrove Tuesday, this year is the 5th of February. We will make pancakes and pancakes races.
Vamos a celebrar el Pancake Day (Dia de las tortitas) en Infantil 05. Pancake Day se celebra en Inglaterra cada Martes víspera del Miércoles de ceniza, este año, el 5 de Febrero. Haremos tortitas y carreras donde hay que girar la tortita sin que se caiga.
