2nd TOPIC: ARTS: Films, Music, Books, Pictures,...

It's time to start our 2nd topic, which as you remember, was chosen by all of us at the beginning of this course according to our preferences.

The subject is quite wide and quite artistic, so think about something you want to share with the class, think about a possible project to present to the rest of the students.

Choose a classmate and create a small group to work on it, but first at all go around the class and speak a bit about everyone's likes speaking about arts, so you will find the right person to work with you.

Start your engines again after Christmas and the rest will come little by little.

PS: It will be good for your tasks to send some real email to somewhere asking for information and collecting it.

A brief and simple consideration

About Healthy habits.

First, we have to say that having healthy habits do not guarantee a long stay in this world, neither a life without problems of health.

Everybody knows cases of very healthy people who have had serious problems of health in his life.

On the other hand, it's completely certain that having bad habits will not be good for us, but just the opposite.

In short, it is very important to have them, though they do not guarantee a 100 % of anything.

For this reason, it is good to follow good health habits but without turning it into an obsession.

Anyway, the key for a healthy life is: a healthy feeding, physical and mental exercise, a healthy environment (which is really difficult nowadays), the genetic inheritance and ... good luck in life.

WHAT DO GLORIA AND HER FAMILY LIKE?

Hello,

The 12^th of October we went to visit Madrid, because my husband was born in Madrid and whenever we can, we visited it. We like its streets, parks, museums and the people but especially my family likes Theme Parks (the Zoo, Faunia, Warner Bros,...). We were at the Warner Bros but my daughter didn´t like it because the Park was celebrating Halloween and she was a bit scared.

The 6^th of December we went to visit Port Adventure, the weather was sunny, we were very well, we spent a good time there and we liked it very much. Eating in the Far West was fun.

Port Adventure had many Christmas decorations, we liked the enchanted forest because there it was Santa Claus and his house and my children gave him their Santa letters.

We listened to carols, danced, and we saw some shows.

We liked the parade very much and the arrival of the Three Wise Men by sea with a lot of fireworks.

The day was fantastic, Christmas there it is just different and magical.
