HOW TO GET OUT OF THIS RECESSION

During this period of time, the whole country is facing with the crisis. People, are under a lot pressure and stress because there is not much work. The media, Internet and other sources tell us about how bad is the Spanish financial situation. Unemployment rate in Spain has risen; almost four million people are out of work which means the 17 percent of the population.
Nowadays, everything is changing; globalization, technologies, working habits…and we still don´t know how long it is going to last, probably there will be economic changes and we will still suffer different ups and downs.
Actually, we are all changing our needs and we are thinking seriously how much money we are making, saving, loosing. The recession may last due to unemployment, pushing people to work hard.
On the one hand, people are suffering additional working hours; many companies can not even collect the money to pay their workers. People are forced to leave their jobs and business. The enterprises lay off first, to temporary workers and immigrants because it is more expensive to sign fixed contracts and as a result, they have to move to other places, cities or even countries. But on the other hand, the government is motivating people to get loans more easily to stimulate the economy.
It is also important to bear in mind how to handle this problem and find a positive solution. In my opinion, in this time of job crisis, maybe it is good to face the truth with a positive attitude and to review personal strategies developing motivational factors. Most people are motivated by money, recognition or appreciation from co-workers and others, studying new degrees, foreign languages, setting new experiences to have other working opportunities. It all depends on what you want.
