Nowadays, internet is one of the most important means of communication. Everybody considers the century invention and knows about its advantages but we should consider its disadvantages as well.
On the one hand, Internet has plenty of advantages. Firstly, it is considered to be the best encyclopedia where you can get all kind of information in just a few seconds. Secondly, internet can give you the possibility to work at home. But Internet not only implies working but also communicating with people from all over the world, buying or selling anything.
On the other hand, Internet as an invention has also its disadvantages. Some people become addicted to this device. There are people that do not go out and live just to be connected to the Web. Besides, Internet is the best place to be cheated easily by the so called hackers who send virus to the computer and try to get private information to steal or blackmail important companies.
To sum up, Internet is a good tool in our lives if we are aware of its pros and cons. I consider that children should be educated to have a good use of this means of communication. So school and parents are responsible for this situation.
