Nowadays our eating habits are really unhealthy.

First of all we have not enough time to eat and cook well so we choose fast food, we don't eat regularly and we make all basic mistakes. Not only most of the people do not have breakfast, the most important meal, which gives us enough energy for all day, but also eat a lot at night when our metabolism slows down.
As a consequence all these bad habits leads to overweight and many diseases.

Moreover, lack of time and laziness of parents causes bad eating habits in their children what is responsible for overweight and healthy problems  like dental decay, deficiency of vitamins, etc.

But we should consider that in canteens in schools and workplaces we can't choose healthy food, what consolidates our bad habits.

We should try to change our bad habits eating more vegetables, replacing crisps and sweets by nuts and fruits, replacing white bread by wholewheat bread, using less fat, less salt and less sugar.
